Where is Plaza Aesthetics located?

We are located at 1801 Binz St, Suite 510, Houston TX, 77004. We are on the 5th floor, the last suite on the right.

Where do I park?

Please park in the parking garage on levels 3 or 4. If you get a parking ticket, we will validate your parking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that if you must cancel your appointment, please give us at least a 24-hour notice. All same-day cancellations or no shows will be charged a $50 cancellation/no show fee.

What if I am late to my appointment?

If you believe you will be late, please give us a call to see if we will have enough time to finish your treatment. If we do not have enough time to finish a full treatment, we can still honor your appointment and continue treatment with the available time we have or we can reschedule for a time that works best for you.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all Visa and credit cards, FSA and HSA, and CareCredit. For more information, please give us a call.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm.

How can I contact the spa?
