Very disappointing. Went in for Botox and tech seemed inexperienced and froze right side of my forehead. She had no solution. I researched and found a prescription product that supposedly works. I told the tech and she said would talk to her doctor. No one would ever respond to me. Product was $69 and I said I would pay for it and still no response.Once Cindy left, everything has really gone downhill.When you have a problem no one even says I’m sorry after six weeks of complaining,

Is this for real???? I went to visit this Med Spa a few weeks ago and my experience was frightening! I was greeted by a receptionist that looked liked she had just rolled out of bed and got dressed to come to work. The first impression when you walk in and to see this…..Wow! Also, to make matters worse, is the undertone of sarcasm in her voice when you ask a question. The owner has someone with major skin issues representing the Spa and the first face you see when you walk in the door…..Complete Disaster! Then I get to meet the Esthetician Sofia…..not impressed and the lack of confidence is palpable……also with skin issues. I have been to many Med Spas in Houston and I have to say this is a first for me to walk in and experience this! My recommendation is go elsewhere! There is no way I would let these clowns touch my face!

I can not warn you enough, anyone considering doing any fillers of botox with Cindy to stay clear, as she ruined the anatomy of my gf's face. She over injected leading to pain /discomfort and long term deformation. It is scary how one wrong positing can alter someone's face and they have to live with the side effects not Cindy. Its as if she is still training on your face.

This MedSpa offers a very professional setting. Great location near Rice University and Downtown Houston with a parking garage. Aestheticians are professional and very knowledgeable. They are very attentive to their patients from the moment you walk into the MedSpa until the time to leave. I plan to be back for additional services as they have the latest products and equipment available!!!

After going to see Cindy at the spa, my skin has been impeccable. I also purchased some anti aging kit which contained a face spray as well as a serum. These products surprisingly cleared my boyfriends eczema under his eyebrow in 2 weeks of continuous use! Will be rescheduling for another facial and IV drip soon! One of the best spas in the area hands down.

I went here for an NAD drip because I’m very ill. I had previously had a negative experience another place. However, this facility was very impressive. The whole staff was kind & professional. Cindy attended to me after my IV was set up, and she was awesome. Furthermore, they have a nice set up with comfortable chairs that face a window that overlooks the city of Houston. I would highly recommend this place & the NAD drip as well.

I’ve attempted to come to this establishment twice before. The first time i booked an appointment and waited in the waiting area for 30 min. No one was in the front desk, so there was no way of getting someone to help me. A lady called me once i had left (after 30 mins.) to see if i was coming to my appointment. Today a few months later i try to give them another chance and book my appointment through Mind and Body. I show up to my appointment, which i’m asked to confirm beforehand. The front desk lady lets me know there’s is no nurse to put in IV. There should be no option to book through an app if the appointment can’t be honored. I never write bad reviews but this place appointment process is so unorganized and it doesn’t help that parking is not free.

I have participated in many health and wellness programs. Aurea is by far the best I have done. The entire staff is respectful, kind and knowledgeable. I have been successful here because Dr. Lopez hasnt given up on me and my goal. I have lost 36 pounds and I will reach my health and fitness goals because I am being taught how to maintain. They have many tools to help you lose weight, improve your health numbers and even contour your body.

I went here for my first IV infusion ever and it was an amazing experience. The pricing is affordable for cash patients like me and the staff is very Understanding and knowledgeable. My PA Tanna was very good with her technique I didn’t feel any pain. Haley the assistant manager stayed past the normal business hour to make sure I was okay after the treatment. She was very supportive and made me feel very comfortable. She was not rushing me even though my time was running past their closing time. They have bunch of products here and amazing deals. Highly recommend this place.

Very nice place, was on the top floor of a medical building. We really enjoyed the staff, Staci did a great job at helping me get the right drip for what I was feeling. Very great for Hangovers and you leave feeling relaxed. Highly Recommended!
